Today is Thursday, normally a school day, but Parent Teacher Conferences are today and tomorrow so we have Chickadee hanging around with us. And though we love having her with us it does change things around a bit. Any 'schedule' we may have had is out the window which can create boy monsters with drive Chickadee crazy and leads her morphing into a girl monster and soon after this mommy starts to transform. All Chickadee wants to do is have alone time away from the boys, they boys just want to be with her, the tv is on all day and so starts the battle of who's turn it is to watch their shows and he took my... and she told me that... and I didn't say that.... no me do that to sissy..... and on and on and on.
In an attempt to try and avoid some of this and to keep up on some sort of learning, I have started looking for little things to do. I found four different science experiments at DollarTree (LOVE!). We have already opened up two of them, the first was Growing Snow on Monday and today we started growing a crystal tree.
